Perfect Uninstaller 
When I attempt to “remove” Perfect Uninstaller I am informed that this
file does not exist!!!
Chosen Answer:
Get revo uninstaller http://www.revouninstaller.com/
It not only find the files but also any and all registry entries. Which Add/Remove programs from the control panel doesn’t even do a good job at this.

go to my computer then go to program files then find perfect unistaller folder and delete it
Hi,
If you have tried removing it from the add remove programs in the control panel and that did not work the the first thing is to back up your pc.
Then using windows explorer locate the install directory and remove it manually.
You may need to boot into safe mode to do that.
Once it has been removed then use ccleaner from ccleaner.com to clean the registry.

First of all, Download CCleaner
http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/
Then, Go to Tools=>Uninstall=>Click on “Perfect Uninstaller”=>Click on Unistall.
If the same message displays again=>Click on Delete this entry
Then, perform a regisrty scan for repairing errors
Finally, Manually delete the installation folder of the program.

You can remove the “Perfect Uninstaller” using the “Revouninstaller” which is available at free of cost.
